Welcome to Kings Norton Nursery School. We are a Local Education Authority Nursery School delivering high quality Early Years Education for children aged 2-4 years.
We offer a safe and exciting environment where each child is encouraged to explore and learn. We believe that young children learn most effectively through the medium of play and need opportunities to explore both the indoor and outdoor environment.
We encourage the children to be actively involved in investigating and exploring. The staff provide a broad, stimulating, and balanced curriculum which covers the seven areas of learning; they talk to the children about what they are doing and help to extend their thinking and learn new skills.
We actively involve families in the education process and value the contribution you make to our partnership. If you have any questions or concerns about your child or the school, please contact us. You will find us approachable, understanding, and responsive. We want you and your child to have a happy time with us.

Library Refurbishment Campaign
At Kings Norton Nursery School, we promote a love of reading and want all of our children to enjoy and become passionate about books and stories. We would love to refurbish our library with new furniture so that our children can access the books more easily and to make our library a more inviting and appealing environment to spend time in. Peters Library Service have helped us to design a beautiful library space and we would be very grateful for any donations to support us with the cost of this valuable and exciting project. If you are able to support us with a small contribution, it will make our goal more achievable and improve our library ready for our children to enjoy now and in the future.
